Marquette University

W. Michigan Street

Eckstein Hall is the home of the Marquette University Law School.

The planning and design of this building creates a new campus gateway and link to the city of Milwaukee.

The site design turns a former service road into a new boulevard lined with Princeton Elms that create a high-profile arrival sequence for the Law School. The planting was done in close collaboration with Marquette in order to increase the diversity of native species on campus. Peter Hedlund was the landscape architect for this project while at Sasaki.
